Bu politika, maviplay tarafından geliştirilen Mahalle Abisi oyununun verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri: seçtiğiniz kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizin tek yönlü özeti (şifrenin kendisi saklanmaz).
Oyun ilerlemesi: bulut kaydı (oyun durumu), sıralama puanları (saygınlık, oyun parası, rütbe, görev sayısı) ve oyunda seçtiğiniz il/ilçe/mahalle ile ülke.
Teknik veriler: kötüye kullanımı ve hile girişimlerini engellemek için IP adresi ve istek zamanları.

Hesap açmadan çevrimdışı oynarsanız hiçbir veri sunucumuza gönderilmez; ilerlemeniz yalnız cihazınızda kalır.

Kullanıcı adınız ve puanlarınız sıralama tablolarında diğer oyunculara görünür.

Uygulama içi satın almalar

Satın almalar yalnız Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız; yalnız mağazanın verdiği işlem kimliğini, satın alınan ürünü bir kez teslim etmek için kullanırız.

Verilerin kullanımı ve paylaşımı

Veriler yalnız oyunu çalıştırmak (kayıt, sıralama, hile önleme) için kullanılır. Reklam veya izleme amacıyla kullanılmaz, satılmaz ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Sunucularımız Almanya'da (Hetzner, AB) bulunur ve bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir.

Saklama ve silme

Hesabınızı oyunda Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil ile istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz; hesap, bulut kaydı ve puanlar sunucudan kalıcı olarak silinir. Silme talebinizi e-postayla da iletebilirsiniz.

Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.

Mahalle Abisi — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mahalle Abisi, developed by maviplay, handles your data.

Data we collect

Account data: the username you choose and a one-way hash of your password (the password itself is never stored).
Game progress: cloud save (game state), leaderboard scores (respect, in-game money, rank, missions) and the province/district/neighbourhood and country you pick in the game.
Technical data: IP address and request times, used to prevent abuse and cheating.

If you play offline without an account, nothing is sent to our servers; your progress stays on your device.

Your username and scores are visible to other players on the leaderboards.

In-app purchases

Purchases are made only through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details; we only use the transaction ID provided by the store to deliver your purchase exactly once.

Use and sharing

Data is used only to run the game (saves, leaderboards, cheat prevention). It is not used for advertising or tracking, not sold and not shared with third parties. Our servers are located in Germany (Hetzner, EU) and connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the game via Settings → Account → Delete account; the account, cloud save and scores are permanently removed from our server. You can also request deletion by e-mail.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
