- Satın aldım ama yüklenmedi. Oyunu kapatıp açın; tamamlanmamış satın almalar açılışta otomatik teslim edilir. Olmazsa mağaza makbuzunuzla bize yazın.
- İade. İadeler Apple veya Google üzerinden yapılır (App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play: Sipariş geçmişi).
- Hesabımı nasıl silerim? Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil.
- Şifremi unuttum. Kullanıcı adınızla bize yazın.

- I bought something but didn't receive it. Restart the game; unfinished purchases are delivered automatically on launch. If not, send us your store receipt.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google (reportaproblem.apple.com / Google Play order history).
- How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete account.
- I forgot my password. Write to us with your username.
